For children of all ages. Press down on the dispenser 2-3 times, rinse the foam around your mouth, count to 10, and spit it out. No need to rinse with water. Important! The foam should be spit out after use! Do not swallow. Children up to the age of 8 should use the foam under supervision of adults, and from the age of 8 children can start using it on their own.

The foam does not fully replace daily tooth brushing.
